How can we help?

For help with the Baby Brief app, your account, a caregiver handoff, or a subscription, email support@getbabybrief.com.

Account and caregiver access

Include a short description of what happened and the email address associated with your Baby Brief account. Do not send passwords, private handoff links, identity documents, or a child’s health information by email.

Subscriptions

Baby Brief subscriptions are billed by Apple. You can view or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Baby Brief or deleting your Baby Brief account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Privacy and deletion

Use the controls in Baby Brief Settings when available. For privacy requests, care-information deletion help, or an appeal, email privacy@getbabybrief.com. Please do not include sensitive care details in your first email.

Safety

Baby Brief is not an emergency service or a substitute for medical advice. For an emergency, contact local emergency services and the responsible parent, guardian, or caregiver directly.
